The Adopt-A-Block litter control program energizes neighborhood volunteers to participate in community activities. Street by street, volunteers set an example of environmental and community stewardship and dramatically improve the quality of life in Oakland.
It is also a chance to meet new people, enjoy a donut, and learn about other events and opportunities in Oakland.
